The following terms and conditions are valid between you and SEEK WELLNESS (may be referred to as “SEEK”, “us”, “we” and “our”) and apply to all use of this Website, including orders and links to booking systems.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must pay for all products on or prior to Seek Wellness dispatching the products for delivery.
Finalising an order constitutes your intention and offer to enter into a contract, where we will provide you with the products you have ordered in exchange for your payment of the total amount listed upon checkout. A contract is not formed until we have approved your payment and you receive an email from us confirming that your order is being processed.
Amounts stated on this Website include GST. Seek Wellness will provide you with a tax invoice upon completion of your order, outlining the taxable supply by Seek Wellness.
Seek Wellness reserves the right to charge credit card surcharges in the event that payments are made using a credit, debit or charge card (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club).
Seek Wellness may use third-party payment providers, including PayPal, Afterpay, Stripe and Square to collect payments for products. The processing of payments by the Payment Provider will be, in addition to these Terms and subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Provider. We are not liable for the security or performance of the Payment Provider. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Payment Provider to correct, any errors or mistakes in collecting your payment.
Security policy
Seek Wellness takes all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form.
We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
Refunds and Returns:
Please note Seek Wellness does not exchange or refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases.
Australian Consumer Law applies to all requests for returns, refunds and repairs where the goods purchased are faulty and or not as described.
All return must be accompanied with the original receipt. All purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note the item must be in original condition including packaging, original tags and labels still attached and item is unused.
Cancelation Policy:
All services booked at Seek Wellness require a 6 hour notice period for cancelation to receive a full refund, should you cancelation fall within this time without contacting via email contactseekwellness@gmail.com you will lose your deposit and or full payment made at the time of booking.
Memberships:
By paying for any of the Seek Wellness Memberships I understand that the payment method used will be charged as per the membership frequency outlined in the details above. Cancellations are outlined in these terms.

From time to time, our policies will be reviewed and may be revised. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time and notify you by posting an updated version of the policy on our website.
